The Fueller Loading System is a crucial component of the automated JET-A1 fuel distribution network, designed to enhance the efficiency and safety of fuel distribution. This system includes six road loading units, each equipped with two loading points, allowing for simultaneous loading operations.

Key Features:

  1. Loading Bays:
    • Each bay is equipped with a bottom loading connector, facilitating the efficient loading of road tankers.
    • There is also a connection to vapor recovery systems, which can be utilized if the road tanker has a dedicated connection. This feature helps in minimizing environmental impact by capturing and recovering fuel vapors.
  2. Fuel Type:
    • The system is specifically designed for loading Jet A1 (Kerosene)
  3. Automation and Control:
    • The fueller loading units are fully automated, with all loading parameters set by the central control system. This automation ensures precise and consistent fuel loading, reducing the risk of human error.
    • In case of a communication failure with the main control system, a manual operating facility is available. This facility allows operators to load fuel using pre-set configurations, ensuring uninterrupted operations.
  4. Future-Proof Design:
    • The control system architecture is designed with future expansion in mind. It can be integrated with existing terminal control systems, providing flexibility and scalability for future upgrades or expansions.

  • Flow Computer: Accuload IV, Technip FMC
  • Set Stop Valve: Series 210, Technip FMC
  • Hoses and Quick Connectors: Elaflex and Eaton Carter
  • Terminal Automation System: WIG make, based on Wonderware Aveva System Platform
