WIG, in partnership with Carbovac, delivered a comprehensive “turn-key” solution. This included the VRU unit, complete installation, pumps, and integration with the existing system.

The following equipment has been used:

Vacuum system: BUSCH – NC0630 (630 m³/h @ 50 mbara)
Centrifugal pumps for absorbent: 2 x ISO2858 (15 m³/h)
Variable area flowmeters: 2 x KROHNE H250
Level transmitters: 2 x KROHNE BM26A
Variable Frequency Drive (VFD): ABB
Control system: S7 315 (MPLC) + S7 313 (SPLC “Watch Dog”)

The VRU is designed to meet an emission limit requirement of 35 g NMHC/m³.
