Requirements

Reconstruction of Jet fuel additive dosing system according EI/JIG 1530. Reconstruction consist of:

  • -Additive injection system, for Antioxidant, Lubricator and STADIS-450, with tanks, pumps and injection blocks
  • -Jet fuel filtration system with FAUID Filters
  • -System for homogenization of Jet fuel in storage tanks
  • -System for Jet fuel analysis

  • Vertical tanks 2 and 3 m3, with blanketing system
  • 6 self priming gear pumps
  • 6 additive injection systems, Fleximix, ISOIL
  • KROHNE Mass flow meters for accurate measurement and preparation of 5% STADIS solution
  • Redundant control system
  • Overflow valves, pressure, temperature transmitters
  • 4 Faudi Filters
